These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gaptube (the "Website"), operated by the operator of Gaptube ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the Website now.
Adults only
The Website contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing such material is legal in your location.

The content
Gaptube is a directory of adult videos. Much of the content is supplied by third-party producers and content partners and may be embedded from, or link to, their websites. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

Accounts and memberships
Some content and features are available only to paying members. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one person.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors, which may appear on your statement instead of Gaptube. We never see or store your full card details.
- Recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time through the payment processor; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials convert to the stated paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact us if you were charged in error.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, including for chargeback abuse, sharing access or scraping.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, download, scrape, record or redistribute content except where a feature expressly allows it;
- use bots, crawlers or automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the Website;
- circumvent access controls, age verification, geographic restrictions or paywalls;
- upload, post or link to content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or anything illegal;
- harass other users or post spam in comments;
- use the Website in violation of any applicable law.
Comments and user content
You are responsible for anything you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website. Comments may be moderated and we may remove any post at our discretion.
Reporting content and copyright
If you believe content is illegal, depicts a minor, was published without consent, or infringes your copyright, use the Report button on the page or our removal form at /dmca. We review reports promptly and remove material that breaches the law or these Terms. Repeat infringers will be blocked.
Advertising
The Website is supported by advertising. Advertisers and linked websites are independent of us; we do not endorse their products or services, and any dealings with them are solely between you and them.
Intellectual property
The Gaptube name, logo, design and software are owned by Gaptube or its licensors. Third-party content belongs to its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you except a limited, revocable right to view the Website for personal, non-commercial use.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, change or discontinue any part of the Website, or restrict access at any time. The date at the top shows when the Terms last changed; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, except where consumer-protection law in your country gives you additional rights.
